• Delivery of Documents
• Officers of the Division for Execution of Misdemeanour penalties – sanctions are giving answers and instructions regarding payment of misdemeanor penalties and carrying out of sentence in prison to interested parties. 
  
  
  All court briefs must be submitted in the Clerk’s office. Information about the status and movement of files, insights and copying files can be done in the Clerk’s office with prior approval of judge during business hours every day.

• Rules of Conduct
• The judges are acting in accordance with the Code of Judicial Ethics  and official staff by accepted standards of justice. When entering the building parties with ID cards and subpoena are required to report to the judicial officer who instructs them in proper department.  From parties is expected appropriate clothing , polite behavior, quiet communications without the use of cell phones in the building.
• Security Procedures
• The judicial officer in accordance with the Law on Courts, the Regulations on Protection of persons, property and facilities of the judicial bodies and the decision of the President of the Court shall determine the identity of persons entering the building, performing the examination of persons and goods using handheld detectors, also a record entry and exit from the court, and gives instructions and explanation uninvited parties.
