• Delivery of Documents
• Delivery of documents is done every day by the Post Office in Benkovac and the Post Office in Obrovac for Permanent attendance in Obrovac, with records in the book of post office.

• All employees of the court and the parties must be appropriately dressed.

• On the 1st of January 2009., based on the Decision of merging of the courts, Permanent attendance in Obrovac was established (formerly Municipal Court of Obrovac).
• Rules of Conduct
• Employees of the court and the parties are obliged to behave decently and politely to each other.
• Security Procedures
• The Court has no juridicial officer, and for that reason the security measures are implemented by service at the entrance to the courthouse. It is forbidden to enter with weapons, tools, packages, etc.
  All parties are required to submit ID documents and have to be entered in the register book of the parties when  they are entering into the courthouse. During the night-time offices are locked. The leaders of the judicial bodies that use the judicial building determines with special resolution the person who possess the keys of the door in the court building.
