• Court employees and parties should be appropriately dressed not to diminish the dignity of the civil service and the Court.

• Judges and court advisors receive uninvited parties only if they believe that providing information to them regarding the case that is assigned to them would contribute to faster and more efficient resolution of the case. Judge has to make sure to stay impartial.
  Officer of the court writing office, based on data from the registry and court records, shall notify the parties, their proxies and other authorized persons about the state case.
  Notification will be limited to information about that stage in which the procedure is.
  Officials of the court writing office is forbidden to make statements about the regularity of certain court actions and orders, as well as the probable outcome of the proceedings.
  If the file is not in the writing office, writing officers checks with the judge or court counselor when can it be delivered and notifies the party when he/she can get in the court writing office to obtain information on the status of the case.
