• Delivery of Documents
• Document delivery is administered every day through the Post Office in Benkovac and the Post Office in Obrovac for the Provisional Office in Obrovac (by the record in the Post evidence).
• Proper Attire
• All Court employees and parties are required to appropriate attire.

• In the Court building is located the Municipal State Attorney of Benkovac and the Misdemeanor Court of Benkovac. On 1st of January 2009, based on the resolution of the Court conjunction, the Provisional Office was constituted in Obrovac (previously the Municipal Court of Obrovac).

• Rules of Conduct
• Court employees and parties are to behave in courteous manner and address each other with decency.
• Security Procedures
• The Court does not have a juridical police officer therefore the security measures are conducted by the doorkeeper service at the entrance of the Court building. Parties are prohibited to enter the building with weapon, implements, packages etc. All parties are obliged to submit the identity document and are enlisted in the entrance evidence of the Court. Offices are locked past working hours. Juridical officials who use the Court building assign the persons who have access to the keys of the entrance door of the Court building by special decision.
