  • For people who come to court without a subpoena, the judicial police officer shall state the reason of their arrival and check their identity. If they require admission by a judge or judicial advisor he is obliged to verify whether a judge or judicial advisor is free to receive an uninvited person.
    Judges and court advisors receive uninvited parties only if they believe that providing information to uninvited party regarding the subject that is assigned to to them, would contribute to faster and more efficient resolving of the case. In additon, they have to make sure to stay impartial.
    An officer of the court writing office,based on data from the registry and court records, should provide the parties, their proxies and other authorized persons, with the relevant informations regarding the case they are involved in. Notification will be limited to the information about that stage in which the procedure is.

    Officials of the court writing office are forbidden to make statements about the regularity of certain court actions and orders, as well as the probable outcome of the proceedings.
    If the file is not in the court writing office currently, officer checks with the judge or court adviser when can the delivery of the file be expected and notifies the party when he/she can come the to court writing office to obtain information on the status of a case.

  • Rules of Conduct
  • Employees in the court and citizens while in court, are obliged to behave so as not to disturb the regular work of the court and be dressed appropriately, do not call into question the dignity and reputation of the Court.
    In the court building mobile phones of citizens must be turned off.
    In the court building, smoking is prohibited.
  • Security Procedures
  • Weapons are not allowed in the court (except for employees of the judicial police and the while performing their duty), followed by tools, explosives and other dangerous objects or substances, alcohol and drugs and mobile phones with camera, while mobile phone devices without cameras must be removed when entering the building. In the case of finding weapons or other items listed, the juridicial police officer will temporarily seize them.
    Juridicial police officer shall perform the service in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on the protection of persons, property and facilities of judicial bodies (NN, no. 97/01). While performing his services he not only authorized but required to establish the identity of persons entering the premises of the court and register data in the corresponding book, and then preform an inspection of a person and her/his belongings.
